The building is unpretentiously nestled into a residential area – just 1 km from the sea as the crow flies – in which you won’t feel lonely thanks to the neighbours, but can still do as you please and remain undisturbed. Additionally, all amenities you need are within walking distance – a major contrast to villas in a more rural location in the centre of the island, for example. The grounds feature a bright blue pool which you can comfortably access via a Roman staircase to enjoy the cool water under the blue sky. The pool is surrounded by an evergreen lawn with comfortable sun loungers and a parasol. Gravel surfaces as well as a terrace add pleasant variety to the outdoor area, allowing you to find the perfect spot for any mood, time of day, sun position. On the opposite side of the house from the pool, you will find another dining table with chairs right next to a BBQ you might want to use for hearty dinners. The bamboo privacy screen as well as Mediterranean plants ensure plenty of privacy.

The interior of the villa is characterised by a simple aesthetic design with a lot of white and cream tones. With a semi-open-plan living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, the house provides everything you need for a holiday with up to four adults and any accompanying babies. The dining room is flooded with light and features a dining table for extensive indoor meals, from where you can enjoy a great view of and access to the outside. Right next door, a large sofa awaits for anyone in need of a siesta and those who want to watch their favourite series on the flat-screen TV. The carefully selected and arranged decor sets stylish accents and gives the premises a very individual appearance. Next to the living room lies the practical kitchen with direct access to the small terrace, where you might also want to have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore, the villa features three attractive bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. One of the two single rooms is also a passage room to the next single bedroom.

Once a rather sleepy village, Alcúdia has developed tremendously over the years and now attracts visitors with a variety of attractions and cultural highlights. Alcúdia’s old town, situated on a hill, is steeped in history, and you can experience the authentic side of Mallorca in the narrow alleys. Thanks to its location on a road in the city, you can reach all kinds of great destinations from “Berna” (for example, the “Hidropark”, a very special water park), but also quickly and easily access a range of excursion spots. The wildly romantic Ma-12 coastal road leads you to the medieval town of Artà; in the Tramuntana mountains, outdoor sports enthusiasts will discover their kind of paradise. The fabulous beach of Alcúdia is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the 18-hole Alcanada Golf Club is just a 15-minute drive away.
